Thanks everyone for a such great stay in a charming town. This hotel was set in a very central area near 2 Michelin rated restaurants, A Fonte do vino and A Taberna do Trasno, a taxi, and the best beaches in the surrounding, watersport activities, bike rentals, and golf playing. I was surprised at nearby Pizzeria Italia, they had some goodies, drinks.
The hotel staff was unpleasant.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision. It had excellent parking and was situated perfectly in the centre of this beautiful wine region. I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast and the staff was more than accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's location in the squares made it easy to explore the town's historical parts.
All good.

The hotel is located near some fantastic dining options, from the on-site restaurant to local restaurants in the area. The comfortable rooms are well-furnished with quality linens, large bathrooms, and cozy beds. The hotel's breakfast is extensive and includes fresh fruit, bread, cakes, hot food, and cold cheese and meat. The public areas are comfortable and well-maintained.
The hotel's facilities are quite expensive compared to local options.

Decent quiet rooms with marble bathrooms, both large. Private pool area with grass rather than concrete, tennis court and Free WiFi (with computer provided if needed). Excellent buffet breakfast with enough variety to keep us interested over 5 days. Free private parking next to hotel. Restaurant is better than most places in the area and not too pricey.Good location in the middle of town and also for exploring a beautiful area.
The decor including rooms is very "parador" which you either like (as we do for a change) or hate but in this case a little tired. Tv stations limited to non- Spanish speakers. Not cheap.

We loved the spaciousness of the common rooms. They have two bicycles which you can borrow and we were able to ride to some wineries and also an island some kilometres away. Very close to the water and other restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming coastal retreat. The hotel had a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was light and airy with beautiful views. The restaurant had excellent cooking, offering a range of options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is also located in a great area, within walking distance of good dining options. Free parking was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful coastal getaway.

The location and the comfort.
Limited parking Staff were not as customer focused as they should be for a hotel of this price and did not compare as well with previos Paradors. Dinner was not as good as we expect from a Parador. Overall lots of little things suggest the management need to tighten up staff training. Overall a bit disappointing.

THe facility needed some updating. It was near the town center - great in the day, but a booming concert at night made the walls shake and sleep difficult.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel was perfectly located, close to the sea, with free parking. We also enjoyed the comfortable and well-furnished lounges and bars where we could relax after a long day of exploring the town. breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The swimming pool was closed and we were disappointed by the uninterested waiting staff. , our room was too small and noisy, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.
